| 英文描述 | Infection of puppies of up to 9 months of age with the acanthocephalan worm MACROCANTHORHYNCHUS INGENS was reported. Intermittent bloody diarrhea can be seen, and the parasites, which resemble large ascarids, were passed in the stool. The millipede is the intermediate host for this parasite. Dx by identification of the passed worms. |
